Pallet rack is comprised of three components: Upright frame, beam, wire decking

1. Upright frame:
All upright frames use rectangular tubing for frame bracing. The closed box section Is superior to open channels, round tubing, rods or angle bracing. Independent Triangulation is achieved by welding diagonals directly to columns, not to the Horizontals. Rectangular tubing and independent triangulation are two important Features that add up to years of durable and dependable service.

2. Beam:
Beams use a minimum of three load bearing studs on each end plate to transfer loads Safely to upright columns. These studs, in conjunction with teardrop keyholes, Work together to draw the end plates securely against the upright columns, create A tight connection that reduces rotation and sway. Drive-in/drive-thru support Arms, 6" step beams, and mezzanine support beams all use four load bearing studs For added safety.
